Noke Wrestling Clubs are dedicated to developing the next generation of athletes by providing elite-level coaching, state-of-the-art facilities, and a supportive community for youth and high school wrestlers. Our programs focus on building strength, technique, and mental toughness, ensuring wrestlers excel both on the mat and in life. With a commitment to fostering sportsmanship and discipline, we create opportunities for athletes to compete at local, regional, and national levels. Rules

Always give your best effort.

Come to practice with a great attitude.

From the time you enter practice throughout the entirety of the workout, please stay off your phones.

Parents- only positive messages of encouragement. Please do not coach during the workouts.

No stealing, lying, or bullying.

Practice proper hygiene. Please take a shower as soon as you get home or at the facility if it allows.

Things happen, we understand- but please make every effort to be on time and ready to go when practice begins

Parents DO NOT coach your child during the practice session.

DO NOT wear your sneakers on the mat and please have your child not wear their wrestling shoes outside. Wait until they are on the mat to put them on.

Clean up after yourself.
